Milagapodi aka gunpowder is something I grew up eating with multiple dishes – Idli, Dosa, Uttapam, masala rice, Upma and many more. As mom grew up in Chennai, she has the authentic taste mastered of this delicious powder.
When I was home last weekend, she showed me in very easy steps and how to make delicious gunpowder at home in less than 30 minutes.
